Over the years, I’ve come to see mornings not as something to rush through but as a sacred window. A doorway into the kind of day - and life - we want to create. And that’s where morning rituals come in. Small. Simple. But profoundly powerful.
Morning Rituals
How you begin your day sets the tone for everything that follows. Most of us wake up and immediately check our phones. From the first minute, we’re responding to others’ needs - messages, news, notifications. But when we create a pause at the start of the day, even just for 10 minutes, we reclaim something vital: PRESENCE.
Science supports what many wellness practices have long taught: morning rituals help regulate cortisol (our stress hormone), improve focus and even support emotional resilience. But more than that - they help us move through the day with intention rather than reaction to outside stimulus.
